Oxfam GB need some Development Professionals

Oxfam GB is an international NGO working in over 70 countries to addresspoverty and suffering through supporting development, humanitarian, andadvocacy interventions. In Indonesia, we currently work to improve thelivelihoods of the poor, build participation in governance, and save livesby delivering humanitarian assistance. All of our work promotes genderequality.

Oxfam GB in Indonesia is seeking an experienced and individuals to join ourpartner team as *Development Professional *(see below) .You should havestrong bi-lingual (Indonesian-English) communication skills, computerliteracy, willingness to travel extensively, ability to learn and work bothindependently and as part of a team.

1. *Team Leader* *Community legal Empowerment *
The qualifications for this position are law school graduates (S1) withexperience fit to the objectives and program activities. Those with masterdegree will be more preferable. Minimum experience is 10 years working inlegal aid and advocacy and at least having 5 years managerialexperience . Havinglaw knowledge or sufficient skill will benefit especially in 1) alternativedispute settlements, 2) legal education for community, 3) land disputesettlements, and 4) able to cooperate with other SPADA (Support for Pro Poorand Disadvantages Area) consultants, local government, law enforcementofficers, NGOs, mass media, universities, and other parties related to thelegal assistance and community advocacy activities

2. *Community Lawyers/ Barefoot Lawyer*
The expected qualifications are law school graduates (S1) with professionalwork experiences as community lawyers for at least 2 years, having goodcomprehension in legal cases and community legal settlements (civil andcriminal cases), mastering skills and capabilities in illuminating communitylaw and social education. He/she must have license to work in his/her fieldor at least having access to the legal licensed counselors for trading casesand to be posted in location of SPADA program and in the unlimited timelength.

3. *Post Facilitators*
The qualifications are bachelors of social science with at least 3 yearsworking with community (in community advocacy is preferable), havingknowledge about local institution empowerment, mediation and reconciliation,willing to stay in posted district, having good comprehension in law casesand community legal settlements (civil/ criminal cases), mastering andskillful in giving illumination about community laws and social education.


1. *Team Leader ( Private Sector development)*
A team leader is a professional who has at least a postgraduate (S2) degreein preferably in business, management, or public policy with professionalexperiences at least 7 years, where his/her undergraduate degree backgroundshould be economic/management. Or has at least undergraduate degree (S1) inpublic
Administration, economic or management with professional experiences atleast 10 years. Has 5 years management experience in business or governmentover large number of staff based in different locations. Professionalexposure to local economic development issues through government work or aspart of a business membership organization would be an advantage.

5. *PSD ( Private Sectors Developments) District Coordinators*
He/she is a professional consultant who has at least undergraduate degree(S1) in Economics/Business/Development/Management/State Administration, withat least four years professional experience. He or she especially has threeyears experience in facilitating private sectors particularly in micro andsmall medium enterprises (MSMEs), study/research on private sectorsdevelopment and public policy.

1. *Data Analyst*
He/she is a professional who has at least undergraduate (S1) degree instatistics, with four-year professional experience. He or she especially hasthree years experience in research/study on economy and social as well asexcels in Microsoft Access and data analytical techniques, like SPSD .

1. *Enumerator or Facilitator (Sub district level) *
Enumerator is a professional who has at least undergraduate (S1) degree inDevelopment Economics/Management/Public Administration/Statistics with atleast two-year professional experience. He or she especially has two yearsexperience in economic research/study data collection and FGD facilitation.He or she is familiar with the research location and good at local languageof the research location. The enumerators will also act as facilitator forconducting FGD.
