Organizational Context.

Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Chief of Program Cluster - Security and Justice Governance (SJG) is responsible for coordination of the Partnership programme within the thematic/sectoral areas assigned to her/him. S/he analyzes political, social and economic trends and leads formulation, management and evaluation of programme activities within the portfolio and provides related policy advisory services to overall governance reform initiatives. The Chief of Programme Cluster - SJG leads all programme-related activities within the cluster and supervises a team of professional staff. S/he works in close collaboration with other program cluster’s team, monitoring and evaluation team and operations team, including the communication and resource mobilization team and governance assessment team, and Government officials, technical advisors and experts, multi-lateral and bi-lateral donors and civil society organizations ensuring successful programme implementation.
